Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of the MarkView extension for Airtable and the Renbase website and services at renbase.app (“the Service”), operated by Renbase (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
MarkView renders Markdown from your Airtable records and exports it to PDF via our server-side rendering service. Features and limits may change as we improve the product.
Plans, licenses & seats
- Free. PDF exports include a Renbase watermark and are limited to a set number per month.
- Pro / Team (one-time purchase). A one-time payment unlocks a lifetime license delivered as a license key. Pro is bound to your Airtable user; Team is bound to a single Airtable base. Paid tiers remove the watermark and monthly limit.
- Limited seats. Introductory lifetime licenses are sold in limited quantity. Once a tier sells out, it may become unavailable or be offered on different terms. Licenses already purchased are unaffected.
- A license is for your own use; don’t resell, share, or redistribute keys.
Payment & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are one-time (not a subscription). If MarkView doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund and deactivate the associated license.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Don’t abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent metering or licensing, and don’t use it to process content you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you export. You grant us only the transient permission needed to render and return your PDF. We don’t store your document content (see our Privacy Policy).
Warranty & liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: [email protected].
